Refund Policy

We have a 30 day refund and return policy. If you have gone past the 30 days unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy please feel free to contact us for clarification. Shipping costs are non-refundable however we will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of Half Moon Hemp (ex you received the wrong item or damaged item).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened product: To receive a full refund your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it. Please do not send your package back to us prior to contacting us and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us via email.
  • Opened product: We provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with 2 limitations.
    • If the product was damaged upon receipt, email a picture to info@halfmoonhemp.com. We will then verify the damage, send you an RMA number and shipping label so your shipping is paid for. Once we have confirmation of shipping we will promptly send out a replacement product.
    • We encourage you to try the product for at least 2 weeks. If you are not satisfied with the product and ¾ of the product remains you may fill out the Money-Back Guarantee Form. You will receive an RMA number then mail us the unused portion back to our facility. Once verified we will make a refund or exchange. You are responsible for shipping. The Guarantee only applies to first-time purchase of any product from Halfmoonhemp.com. Half Moon Hemp will only issue refunds and credits to purchases made on halfmoonhemp.com and not from retail stores or from any other site or distributor. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product halfmoonhemp.com will only issue a refund guarantee for the price of a single quantity of product. Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts.

All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Half Moon Hemp. Half Moon Hemp reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior.

CLONES Guarantee

All our clones are satisfaction guaranteed!

Clones shipped: Once you receive your clones please verify they are all healthy and ready to plant. You will have 24 hours from time of receipt to submit any concerns. After 24 hours you have accepted the quality of the clones and they will no longer be guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied in any way in the health of your clones please take a picture and email the picture to info@halfmoonhemp.com. We advise you to plant your clones within 3 days of receiving them for the best outcome.

Please include the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Variety and number of clones you would like replaced.
  • Date of planting.

Someone will be in contact with you within 24 hours once we receive your email.

Clones picked up: Alternatively you may pick up your clones from our facility and inspect them prior to taking them. If you have picked the clones up from our facility once inspected you take full responsibility thereafter upon the health of the clones.
